When a client calls up with an enquiry about an offer, you can locate the offer as follows:

1. Ask the client for the Offer Code - this is located at the bottom of the page they will be looking at

2. Each LateCard has its own unique reference. Simply obtain the reference ( this is found at the end of all the narrative on each offer) and plug it into the finder window as shown
